Connect Hearts to Your Mission in One Week

The fast, affordable impact-video package for micro-stories, event recaps, and talking-head clips—built for NGOs and purpose-driven teams.

1‑day shoot · 2‑day edit · €2 750 flat.

While our immersive documentary digs deep, Quick Impact delivers focus in days.

The challenge
Budgets are thin, teams are busy, and the numbers you care about barely get a glance—attention stalls and trust plateaus.

The Quick Impact flip
In just three days we film and edit a short, story-led video that turns data into faces, voices, and emotion. Short clips under two minutes earn the highest completion and share rates on social media today.

What typically follows

  • donations likely climb as story replaces stats

  • volunteers tend to sign up when they feel connected

  • partners are more likely to lean in after seeing impact first-hand

  • policy-makers listen longer when real voices frame the data

  • talent recognises a mission worth joining

Case Study 1 ― Ambassador Stories

Challenge

FH Europe needed more than statistics about familial hypercholesterolaemia (HoFH); they needed human proof that could move donors, pharma leaders, and policy-makers to act. Research shows that 57 % of people who watch a nonprofit video go on to donate and that organisations using story retain almost twice as many supporters as those that don’t. But the challenge was, that the foundation’s beneficiaries live all over the world, and filming intimate patient interviews requires deep trust.

Our Approach

An opportunity arose, when FH Europe decided to organise a two-day ambassador-training workshop, where multiple patients would gather. So, we built a quiet, mobile studio in an adjacent room to the workshop. There we filmed three in-depth conversations with patients, capturing raw emotion while the event continued nearby. Between interviews we gathered b-roll of the workshop and candid interactions to weave context into the edits. Back in post-production we shaped three 60 to 90-second story teasers, layering patients’ personal photos with the most resonant sound-bites—because faces + voice + emotion are what drive empathy and policy attention.

Deliverables

  • 3 × 60 to 90-sec microstories

  • Interview transcriptions to feed non-video social media posts and communications with human context.

  • Thumbnails and caption files for social sharing.

Immediate Impact

  • Human context for every pitch – The foundation can now drop a micro story into grant decks and policy briefs, giving decision-makers a story that statistics alone can’t supply.

  • Ready-made upgrade path – Because the interviews are already captured, a future full-documentary needs only b-roll at each patient’s home—no repeat deep-dive interviewing required, reducing production time and enabling local crews with zero interview expertise.

  • Versatile assets – The same clips fuel social campaigns; video is the content type donors trust most for authenticity.

What’s Next

When FH Europe green-lights a long-form film, we’ll:

  1. Align goals using our 5-keyword method (intention = effectivity).

  2. Select the strongest character from the recorded interviews.

  3. Storyboard the arc—hook → conflict → journey → resolution → call to action—so every shot earns its place.

  4. Capture local b-roll with us or a trusted cinematographer in the patient’s country (no interview skills needed).

Narrative video doesn’t just tell stakeholders what FH Europe does—it lets them feel it, unlocking donations, partnerships, volunteer energy, policy attention, and even future talent interest.

— a note on project scope

In this example, FH Europe Foundation chose to have me film two days instead of one, which made it possible to film all the interviews plus event coverage. This additional filming time was added to the package intentionally and is of course optional to you.

Case Study 2 ― Story-Driven Event After Movie

Challenge

FH Europe invited me to film an international summit on elevated Lp(a). They initially wanted a classic highlight reel, but research shows that event recaps built only from podium shots, atmospheric shots of attendees and slide decks rarely move audiences to act: donors and supporters respond far better when facts are wrapped in story. The challenge was to produce a film that carried emotional weight, authority, and reuse value long after the conference doors closed.

Our Approach

  • Patient-as-Reporter – I asked a young patient ambassador to guide viewers through the venue and interview fellow patients and their personal stories between sessions.

  • Expert Interview Booth – I set up a portable, fully-lit studio against a branded photo wall and recorded short expert interviews. Bite-size expert clips (< 30 s) perform best on social feeds and drive the highest engagement in 2025 content studies.

  • Atmospheric B-roll – Throughout the day I also captured atmospheric shots of the event.

  • Story-first Edit – Back in post I built a three-act, seven-minute film (why this matters → expert insights → how to help). Story-driven recaps consistently outperform montage-only edits for nonprofit engagement.

Deliverables

  • Core package (included in the “Quick Impact Video Package”)

    • One shoot day covering patient reporter, experts, and event ambience

    • Two edit days to craft a captivating after-movie

  • Optional upgrades FH Europe chose

    • One additional edit day to edit the expert and patient footage into ten 15- to 30-second standalone social clips

The base offer always covers one shoot day and two edit days. Extra clips are a pre-agreed, fixed-fee add-on.

Immediate Impact

  • A senior cardiologist confessed the film “brought me to tears,” a reaction that mirrors evidence showing narrative video heightens empathy among healthcare professionals.

  • The after movie can now open FH Europe’s stakeholder briefings, putting a human face on Lp(a) science and secure stronger engagement at funding pitches.

  • The short expert and patient clips can power monthly reels and shorts.

  • All master interviews are archived, giving the foundation a plug-and-play ressource for future campaigns.

By weaving a patient guide, concise expert sound-bites, and rich event visuals into one streamlined shoot, this Quick Impact Video Package turned a one-day summit into a library of high-trust, high-impact content.

FAQ

  • The impact video package is an easy entry into story driven content. Think

    • after movie with personal commentary,

    • micro character driven stories etc.

    • talking head videos

It skips many elements, that make story driven documentaries more powerful. The documentary offering adds intentional deep pre‑production including story space research, identifying the right character through various discovery interviews with potential characters and goal alignment through keywords and storyboarding for maximum impact and narrative structure plus extra shoot days and extensive B‑roll to visually pull the audience into the story. All this makes a higher ticket documentary film more effective through character identification and narrative transportation.

  • Yes; EU travel & accommodation at cost.

  • Yes, if you know that your audience needs education instead of emotional buy-in, then of course yes. I have already done this for another client, who now have 8 professionally produced educational 60 second videos that they can use to educate their audience.

This educational video package comes at a lower price point as well, since editing is way more straight forward. The educational package price is €2.000 excl. travel.

    • Clarity Call (30 min pre‑production to align on goals)

    • 1 Full Shooting Day (depending on project needs: interviews, event coverage …)

    • Post Production (licensed music, captions, basic motion graphics, first cut in 48 hours) up to 2 editing days (enough for most projects; extra polish available)

    • 1 Round of Revisions (effective revision process using dedicated review software)

    • 7‑day turnaround (from shoot to delivery)

    • Usage Rights (You own the video)

    • The number of videos you get depends on the type of video we produce.

Book a full documentary within 30 days and we credit €500 toward it.
