// event microstories

Your event ends. The stories don’t have to.

Short, authentic portrait films captured at your event that keep the human energy alive long after the doors close.

The Event Is Over. Now What?

You invested months of planning, thousands of euros, and real human energy into bringing people together. For one day, the room was alive.

Then it ends. A few photos on LinkedIn. A recap email. Maybe a highlight reel no one watches twice.

The conversations, the connections, the moments that mattered most: they disappear.

Your event deserved better. The people who showed up deserved better. And your audience who wasn’t there? They never get to feel what happened in that room.

// what are event microstories

Human moments, captured with care

Event Microstories are short portrait films captured at conferences, summits, and gatherings. Each one features one attendee: their personal story, what drives them, and why they showed up.

On top of that, the strongest moments from all interviews are woven into a single event film. A cinematic recap anchored by real human voices instead of generic highlight footage.

// what you get

Two deliverables. One shoot day.

01

Micro-Portrait Films

3–5 films · each 60–90 seconds

Each film tells one attendee’s story: who they are, what drives them, and why they showed up. Personal, authentic, and immediately shareable on LinkedIn, Instagram, and your website.

02

Event Film

1 film · 2–3 minutes

The strongest moments from all interviews woven together with event footage into a cohesive recap. Not a highlight reel, but a story about why your event matters, told through the people who were there.

All films are delivered in cuts optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, and your website. You own the content.

// how it works

From event day to finished films in four steps.

01

We talk

A short discovery call to understand your event, your audience, and what you’re hoping the content will actually do.

02

I show up

One day at your event. I capture the atmosphere, the energy, and pull people aside for focused 15–20 minute interviews throughout the day.

03

I craft the stories

In post-production, I cut both ways from the same material: individual portrait films and one combined event story. Typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.

04

You share them

Drip one story per week on LinkedIn. Share the event film with your board. Use the content for months, not days.

// common questions

Things people ask before they reach out.

Very little. I handle the logistics. Your team helps identify 3–5 good interviewees beforehand, and on the day I work independently. Most clients are surprised by how smooth it feels.

That’s completely fine. I never force anyone. In my experience, once people see the style of conversation (relaxed, no scripts, no pressure), most are happy to participate. I’m looking for willing voices, not reluctant ones.

Typically within 2–3 weeks of the event. If you need a teaser or one film faster for a specific deadline, we can discuss a rush delivery.

Yes. You own the content and can use it across all your channels: website, social media, internal communications, future events, presentations. No usage restrictions.

Yes. Most of my work is international. I’ve filmed across 8+ countries. Travel is always scoped into the budget clearly and upfront.

Of course. The discovery call is free and there’s no pressure. We’ll talk about your event, your goals, and whether this format makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you honestly.
